I can see two reasons why: Greed (It was ordered before I posted this message when prices were relatively low and Hunter was still firing off; figuratively and literally) I ordered from a French website. (No further explanation necessary) So, I'm going with Taschen. Hell, The Book of Tiki goes for about $12 in these parts thanks to their progressive pricing policy, so why not support them when things go weird. (And expensive) Trader Woody
