unknown southern california tiki merchant - General Tiki

It is Paradise Garden Center in Corona, CA. They have several dozen carved palm, plaster, and cement tikis for sale. The guy at the nursery told me that he buys all his tikis out of the back of a truck from this guy who just shows up every once in a while with a truck load for sale. He told me that all he knows is that the guy he buys from is a city employee for Anaheim that carves and molds tikis on the side. Does anyone know who this mystery tiki salesman is?
