Swanky,
We picked up some steak that came already marinated in teryaki sauce at Costco last week. I sliced it up like bacon, put it on bamboo skewers and grilled it on our habachi the way we used to do it in da islands. It was primo. I think this would make a great food item for a tiki bar and I'm guessing you can normally buy it in quantity at Costco.
If you serve it, they will come....
