Sound like the rot, remove any source of moisture, sprinklers or pool water ect. There is a product made from boric acid that fights termites and rot without creating a toxic waste site. Its safe enough for you to apply yourself. http://www.doyourownpestcontrol.com/spec/pick-boracare1.htm |
