When I was a kid living in New Jersey there was a Polynesian Lounge not to far away.Adventures in Paradise and Hawaiian Eye were hot on TV and my grandmother was in love with Don Ho. But all of that went away in the seventies. (exept for Hawaii Five O)I don't think the current pop craze for everything "Tropical" will go away soon, but I hear the next big thing is "Safari" |
