Dean Martin was still doing his variety show, and he has his own version of the Hill's Angels. They were called the Golddiggers and they used to dance and provide a little extra cheescake for the dry martini crowd. A few years later in the early 70s Didn't the Golddiggers become The Ding-a-ling Sisters? I could never keep a straight face hearing that name, what were they thinking? |
