Thanks again everyone! With your help, I've got the design finalized now- just figuring out a pattern for the front of the crown. I've left the chin area basically alone, just deepening it to enhance the lower lip.

Sanding has begun. :)

Can I cut all that out of the mouth? Without making it prone to any damage with time? It would be a little over half the depth... I'd like to scoop it all out. Is supporting the top an issue? (Palm)
