Ah, scandal...I love it! The fact of the matter is this: If Tipsy has a contract, which any artist / designer in his right mind should have when doing this type of work, then there is a valid complaint here. If there is a contract, it should give Kahiki the right to use, alter, produce, the design with or possibly without limit. If it doesn't, then the Kahiki is pretty lame. The same contract should allow Tipsy to use the design for self promotion, i.e. his portfolio, but would not give him the right to use the design for monetary gain, i.e producing the necklaces himself to sell. If there is a proper contract, they (Kahiki) don't have to give any credit to anyone - especially if it is their design to start with! Come on folks, this basic stuff here. If an artist / designer doesn't get a contract, then shame on them. If Tipsy has one that will back up his claims, then go get 'em tiger and good luck!

Also, I don't get the copyright thing that Mattfink is reffering to. If it's Kahiki's design, then how can they be stealing it?
