Posted Podcast # 5 -- Sophisticated Savages. This week we play a great selection of vinyl-only Exotica tracks from an assortment of 50's-era LP's by Jazz Musicians and Band Leaders who followed the trend and recorded their own "exotic sounds" record; even though the closest they probably every came to anywhere exotic was Long Island or Orange County. It's the sound of paradise as imagined on Madison Avenue or in Culver City.
