Anybody from Hayward Ca.? - General Tiki

Nothing. No tikis. Just a nondescript boxy ugly apartment building. Then I had a sense of deja vu. You see, somtime in the 90s I searched for all places in the Bay Area with anything remotely tiki or polynesian in their names. I checked this one out then and vaguely remember going inside the gate to discover nothing remotely tiki. Sorry TG. Almost got my hopes up too. There were 2 tikis somwhere nearby in Fremont that I took pictures of a long time ago. I'll have to dig up the pictures. I did get a chance to take a few pictures of old signs today, and I discovered an old roadside cafe called The Fifth Wheel. I took these with 35mm film so I can't post them yet.
