I understand if it's sold that's up to the owners but isn't there someway of going about getting it 'landmark' status so that anyone who would buy it would have to leave it as is. I know it would sell for a heck of a lot, but it also does absolutely amazing business and has throughout the 70's-now. I'm interested in doing something. I also figure with happenings here the next weekend it would be perfect time to get a petition together (I would definitely have no problem of setting that up for every event). Anyone have any ideas?
