I am getting ready to build an outdoor bar for my deck. I plan to have some vintage fabric (probably atomic 50's)inlay in the sides and front and am going to put vintage surfing pictures and post cards on the top under polyurethane. What can I do to prevent these things from fading? Will the poly protect it or is there some other coating that I can use under or over it?
