Howlie Posted posted on Sun, Dec 22, 2002 10:02 PM Bongo heads are a completely different animal than regular drum heads. So it helps to have someone with lots of experience do it. I would recommend if you are ever in the Hollywood area - the folks at Pro Drum Shop (on Vine Street just north of Melrose) could definitely help you out.
