I'm not sure if I should be posting this but here goes. Arty REALLY NEEDS our thoughts and prayers.........

Hi Ben,

I got a few more details from my wife when she got home last night. I also spoke with Tina briefly. Arty is in a hospital in San Diego, where he had the triple bypass. They were in Mexico, he wasn't feeling well, so they called a doctor. He looked him over, and told him he needed to take nitro every 5 minutes. Arty collapsed at some point, and they called an ambulance, which eventually brought him to the hospital in SD. Tina said he suffered a second heart attack during the operation, but they were able to complete the procedure. The real problem is he's not able to beathe on his own and his heart won't pump on it's own, which shouldn't be the case, even with a triple bypass.

So Arty is in grave condition for the next couple days, and he needs to start responding soon or things don't look good for him. I'm going to call Tina again later today to get an update. I will email you then. Thanks for the prayers from you guys. Arty really needs all the ones he can get.
