THE GHASTLY ONES @ FrightNightLA July8th North Hollywood - Tiki Music

I happened to enjoy the movie (the Ghost in the Invisible Bikini) but I have bad taste in movies and basically just like kitschy stuff so what can I say? The movie did have tikis in it, if that redeems it at all. There were some by the pool while the kids go-go danced to fuzzed out instros by the Bobby Fuller 4. As far as the Ghastlys, they were just amazing, and very friendly as well. I must also make note of the club, the CIA. Not tiki, but one of my fave places in the world. It has a sideshow theme and there are strange artifacts and memorabilia all over, including shrunken heads and an alligator mummy in the bar.
