Remember that I brought BK a can of Coconut Snow Powder when we were in Clayton a while back? If you don't have that one you're gonna run into a problem on pages 27 and 29. It is, basically, a coconut flavored whey powder and makes frozen drinks especially "smooth." Let me know if you don't get it by October as I need to replinish my supply and can order enough for both of us and will be happy to deliver yours to you in Ft. Lauderdale. That's a lot of Demarara, Okolehao and Maraschino Liqueur for a Tennesee boy to get his hands on.
