And before you ask: no, I didn't read the books. British comedies - Sorry, but too many kids who resembled the comic book guy from the Simpsons turned me off to them by taking a "I'm more cultured than you because I enjoy British comedies, on PBS no less" attitude. FYI: I was the "cool" kid in our sci-fi club.
