My thanks as well, Mike, for the great research. I'll go ahead and start exploring those addresses. I believe the Samoan in Anaheim is gone. I'm intrigued about the Tiki Tai on Anza in Torrance. Doctor Z and I drive by an apartment on our Saturday garage sale runs that we swear must have been tiki back in the day. Just the A-Frame is left. That could be your Tiki Tai. Have to check it out.
