It's not exactly a normal evening, and it's probably safe to say most people aren't observing normal bedtimes anyway. In any case, I don't see that there should be any difficulty securing rooms on the quiet side for those who need 'em! It's understandable that not everyone is "lucky" (HA) like me, able to fall asleep at an ear-splittingly loud live punk show.
