Yeah, but Eames products were built with quality in mind. Ikea furniture is, for the most part, pressed sawdust that falls apart after about 12 months. Somehow, I doubt that Ikea furniture won't hold the same clout 40 years from now as the Eames stuff does today...I simply don't think it will last that long!
