My favorite of your suggestions is the Humphrey's Half Moon Inn suite party suggestion. I'd be up for contributing some money towards a suite at Humphrey's. I'm less interested in the $$ Bali Hai event (I think we'd have just as much fun together in a nice suite), but if others were into that, I'd pony up the cash to join in.
