I just realised wouldn't it be easier for you to do the planning for your event even though you can't make it, Dangergirl. You have the contacts , just pick the date, contact the appropriate people at Vic's and Conga and we will come or not. It seems most people like the 30th and since that is basically two weeks away maybe you will be better by then. Let's do it! :) zazz!
