Here's something to ponder, and im not sure where I sit on this one: If this person does not have a legitimate reason/excuse, and has ripped off (multiple) people before, is it reasonable to name them in public on TC? That is, if the person is known/proven to have done this multiple times, should they be publicly outed. Like ebay has feedback? Or should it be done in much the way in which an offensive/abbusive poster would be dealt with? Ban them? As Humu said, at this stage we should not condemn the other party without getting their perspective, but what if that doesnt hold up?
