The first one that comes to mind, and I know this is gonna sound sorta wimpy...but in terms of pure pop I'd hafta say: The Go-Go's 'Our Lips Are Sealed'. It has all the staples of a pop song AND you can dance to it. Also-any of The Beatles early pop singles. |
