Tiki Farm made it. They also made a limited edition one that they sold on their site for 24 hours for hurricane Katrina. The tiki has a Mardi Gras theme and comes in two color variations (you can see it on their website at http://www.tikifarm.com with a direct link at http://www.tikifarm.com/katrina_mug.htm ), and I ordered one of those too.
