how do YOU define the difference between Art and Craft - Bilge

(A Craftsman producing work for an artist, which itself becomes art when viewed as the Artist intended?) Dale Chihuly is brilliant...the neon in ice pieces were fantastic but the glass pieces above the viewer are incredible. (its like being a tropical fish)
