I gave up on Fed Ex, UPS and DHS a while ago. They are so damned pressed for time that everything gets abused and they consider the insurance pay offs a part of the business of getting things there fast. I only ship via the post office, as I know they tend to treat things more carefully. You used to could ship via the bus... |
