man, this thread makes me nauseous.
I agree that it seems extremely unlikely that a (beautiful)solid wood tiki was completely destroyed.
Maybe the box had damage, probably including the shipping label & someone took home an amazing souvenir.
Being powerless & at the mercy of vague answers & corporate policy sucks ass.
I'd hammer them mercilessly about it.
It's never over until it's over, so best of luck!
I hope there is a happy ending to this story.
