They get them at wholesale and I think that they're probably throwing in the profits that they make on selling "x" amount of cocktails to people before the mug either "mysteriously vanishes" or is purchased. I'm pretty confident that they've got the financial legs to do this and in all sincerity, the cheaper the price for my mugs, well, the better. We're working hard to lower our prices and with our new launch, you'll find our average retail at around $8.95 - and that doesn't include the 15% TC discount. Our quality is still top notch - we are making the mugs in a very respected factory in Mexico which I've vested into and in all sincerity, Mexican ceramics are superior (for the most part) to US ceramics.
