hehehehehe.... I would have to say a creation by Chip of Chip and Andy dubbed the "Pink Slip Mai Tai." I think he used the classic Mai Tai recipe but substituted the rum for El Dorado Demarara 15 year and St James Ambre. Crisp and clean taste. An exciting aftertaste. A fabulous drink.. but not to be had anywhere near going in to work. :lol: Edited to correct an ingredient. [ Edited by: I dream of tiki 2006-09-15 19:52 ] |
