My cousin lives close to the Bikini Lounge and, knowing of my love of tiki places, sent me these photos he shot of the immigration protest a few days ago. I love the historical context: a 1947 bar, still alive, and bearing witness to a 2006 political event. They serve as pretty good daylight exterior shots, too. |
