I just did an interview with Harriet Burns, who was with the W.E.D. (i.e. Disneyland design) Model Shop from 1953 to the late 80s. And she used to dress in full gloves and hat when coming to work. In the Model Shop! When I worked there, it was jeans and t-shirts a lot of the time... Ah - the 1950s..... |
