Finally got a reply to my emails and was told the seller had had a heart attack and some other ailment and was laid up for a while. I was assured that the item had shipped that same day. A couple of more weeks passed, and nothing. The ebay police got involved but since the auction was under a hundred bucks they really couldn't do much.
