I can think of that as only a good thing. Not everyone can go to this event or live in Californa. If your going to own every Munktiki mug made and you are not going, you are still going to want this mug. And if you get the mug (and hopefully off Ebay) then you are just as died hard lover as going to the event. Its the fun of tracking them down.

And if you were at the event then you bring home with you good times and that worth more than the mugs anyways.
