we did not sell them BEFORE the time listed in the program. The line started forming at 6, as soon as the doors opened, and by 6:45 there were enough people in line to buy all the mugs.

We had to cut the run of the mug short due to production issues. I won't bore you with the details.

Last year we had 150 mugs and did not sell out

We ran it the same this year but had fewer mugs AND higher demand. Next year we will take precautions to ensure more people can get their hands on them.
