Yes, it will work fine. Apricot brandy is usually just brandy flavored with apricot, rather than actually being distilled from an apricot wine. You apricot liqueur with cognac may even be better than the usual cheap apricot brandy. If the zombie is made properly, the rum will be the predominant flavor anyway. |
