That's "Girl Happy"(1965)-the fight follows a burlesque performance in a Tiki bar (yep, Tiki and burlesque operated side by side even then - a concept revived by Otto's Tiki Oasis)
There's also lots of Tikis in "Clambake" (1967)
Never start a fight with the King in a Tiki Bar...
