Swankys right, orange and blue curacao are the same.If you must use a curacao,I would recommend Marie Brizard if you can find it but, if you don't mind spending a few extra $$ buy a bottle of Cointreau.You can get it in a 375 ml bottle if you don't want to spring for a fifth.I'm not saying that It's the correct way to make mai tais but,I like it. Over and out, Opportunity knocks,trouble kicks the door down. |
