Aloha from Kansas! I'm a big tiki freak living here in Kansas via Illinois. While outfitting my tiki room (currently non-existant) I ordered some tiki gods from a Hawai'ian company. When they arrived, there was a note from the owner that told me that, in his 30 years of business, he had never sent anything to Wichita! Looking forward to hearing from more tiki-philes!
