Coconut is hard to brew with because it is kind of oily. I've had a toasted coconut porter that a buddy made as a homebrew. Was nice, but really tasted more like vanilla and oak than coconut. There are a few coconut beers made, but they are all very low distribution beers usually made at brewpubs.

Chapeau (availible at Total Wine and More at least in Florida) makes a whole line of fruit beers that have tropical flavors like bannana and mango. They aren't bad for what they are and would fit in well at a Tiki party.

As far as the fierceness that is the Canadian La Fin Du Monde I'll stick with good old American excessiveness:

18% ABV Stout http://ratebeer.com/beer/dogfish-head-world-wide-stout-2001-2003-present-(18)/5923/

14.7% ABV Barleywine http://ratebeer.com/beer/drakes-barley-wine-brandy-barrel/53169/

18% ABV Raspberry Fruit Beer http://ratebeer.com/beer/dogfish-head-fort/42723/

21% ABV IPA http://ratebeer.com/beer/dogfish-head-120-minute-ipa/22904/

18.5% Strong Ale Brewed with Raisins http://ratebeer.com/beer/dogfish-head-raison-d-extra/12834/

And the grandaddy of them all:

25% ABV Barleywine http://ratebeer.com/beer/samuel-adams-utopias/12228/

Canadian brews are laughably tame by American craft beer standards though Bièropholie, Dieu du Ciel, St. Ambroise and Heritage Brewing make some tasty stuff.
