Cool, thanks for the tip! Splenda is bitchen, I love that stuff. I didn't know there was sugar-free orgeat. According to what I'm finding, lime juice is about 2.5g of carb per oz, and the curacao is about 7g per oz. Using the TV recipe posted in the "Best Mai Tai" thread with 1 1/2 oz. lime and a 1/2 oz. curacao, that yields about 7-8g carb per drink. That's not bad! It'd be interesting to see what other flavorings are out there sugar-free. I'm going to do some further experimentation this weekend. I think I'll try some Sailor Jerry for added flavor.
