Love the blurry pics......giving a hint of what's happening, but no detail until it's ready.... As a regular visitor to Amsterdam, I've always cursed the lack of Tiki bars there, but this is another step towards Rotterdam being the true centre of liberalism, salty attitudes and hard-core fun in Europe.
