BUZZY Well, On ebay it is alot harder to sell "lots" of items....I have an extensive collection of star wars(original 77-83)toys that I had new as a kid that i tried to sell off in a lot, and nobody came close to the reserve which was half of the going market on seperate pieces. If anything, you'll probably have a better shot at selling the items off as seperate pieces or small groups like 3 tiki mugs for $15. As for the pissing matches here lately on TC, it sucks! Buzzy simply stated "PM me with how much max you would be willing to spend on a collection nearing 200 mugs, only if you are serious. This is a huge collection! If you meet his reserve, I will sell it to you for that. So PM me. Ebay next..."
Well all of a sudden people are adding their opinions about what a "lame/mainstream" tiki mug collection it is, when the question was simply "How much is it worth,and that TCrs have first dibs on the mug set if they wanted it". BUZZY For this same reason, I do not ask many questions here or post often, due to the ignorance ratio/factor...Just goes to stand true....A-Holes and Opinions, Everyone has one!
EVERYONE ON TC: Next time "Tiki folks"...read the topics carefully and post accordingly...If the mug collection isn't your "cup of tea" then dont post anything, as its not your topic to belittle or insult others. All eyes are on YOU when you post and that is my 2 cents free of charge!...
