If you have a picture of the plate you could post the image in a thread in Collecting Tiki. If you don't have a picture you might need to look around in Collecting Tiki & Creating Tiki to see if you could find a picture of a Tiki that matches the image on the plate, you could then post a copy of that image & say "the Tiki looks like this."

As I noted, the plate was spotted in Oahu. I live in the UK,no Hilo Hattie's here. I wish I did have a photo, it would probably have made this entire exeercise considerably easier! I'll have a look around but my memory of the plate is pretty much limited to the description I gave. I know it's not a lot to work on. I'll have a look in the collecting Tiki section, see if I can jog some memories.
