• Your real name
• Name room is registered under
• Your cell phone number (optional, so we can reach you)
• Number of folks attending dinner at Drift on Friday
• Number of folks attending the after dinner events on Friday
• Number of folks needing transportation on FRIDAY after dinner
• Number of folks attending diner at Trader Vic’s on Saturday
