I think I'll take a trip down next Saturday. So it appears it will become a new restaurant eventually? Hmm... I doubt it. The last time I spoke with the property owner he was determined to put up a "starbucks type minimall". I have a feeling that means flattening sam's. He's probably bidding his time with opening the bar until he can start his starbucks venture.
