Falernum 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 1 dash cointreau Shake well with cracked ice; strain into chilled cocktail glass. The 1972 Revised Edition, in addition to changing to ice cubes, clears up the 25 year mystery of "1-1/2 Barbados rum". Cups? Bottles? Alas, it's only ounces.
