I'm not sure it would be any use to try to push fraud charges, Barbera herself never asked for anything, it was Danlovestikis who started the campain. So where is the fraud? The only deception was about the kid and the dead father. She never asked for anything but her money back for the necklace someone took the $ to do and then disappeared. |
