Sure miss those upstairs "Piano Lounges" on those old 747's. Back to United's Trader Vic's promotion...United has had an on-again/off-again relationship with Trader Vic's for decades. Here's some publicity shots of one of their earlier promotions that show Vic himself with some United Flight Attendants and some of United's Executive Chefs.
