Graduated from PSU in 2003. The State College area's only real tiki affiliation is that Rick (of Kaiserpenguin.com fame) resides there. For upscale Chinese food, check out Golden Wok on College Ave. near Atherton St. I don't believe they have a liquor license, though. |
